Hebden Bridge Floods, Christmas 2015

On Boxing Day 2015, after heavy and regular rainfall, historical levels of flood water hit all across the North of England, with my local adopted hometowns of Hebden Bridge and Todmorden being particularly hard fit.
There followed a pulling together of the community and volunteers from all over the UK the likes of which I have personally never seen before, all focussed on helping those who had been affected, and helping individuals and businesss back on their feet.
a there follows a small selection of photos following the historic levels of flooding that occurred in Hebden Bridge on Boxing Day, 2015, and the recovery of the area afterwards.
